JoAnna Cintrón a fundraiser, strategist, and storyteller dedicated to helping cultural and community-based organizations build financial resilience without losing sight of mission or community. Over 15 years, she has raised millions in philanthropic support, led fundraising growth and community activation across organizations like Re:Vision, Denver Film, Montbello Organizing Committee (Fresh-Lo Hub), Hispanics in Philanthropy, Hunger Free Colorado, and the Latino Community Foundation of Colorado.
Her work lives at the intersection of equity, culture, and narrative change. From leading food justice efforts during the pandemic to launching signature events like Buen Provecho and Denver’s only Latino film festival, she brings a creative, results-driven approach that blends authentic community engagement, powerful storytelling, and strategic fundraising.
JoAnna is a wife to her best friend, dog mom, and proud Boricua. She is also the founder and principal at JMC Impact, where she helps funders and nonprofits alike connect impact with investment, designing strategies where mission, storytelling, and stewardship work together to create lasting financial sustainability and deeper community trust.
